This West Virginia bride caught an incredible moment during her wedding: her grandfather having a moment alone with his late wife.
The bride, Sahrah Elswick, was eating and talking with guests during he reception when she saw her grandfather, Billy Gray.
At the wedding there was a white rocking chair that was set up as a tribut eto family members who have departed, one of them being Billy’s late wife Barbara. It was decorated with photos and held a sign that says, “We know you would be here today if heaven wasn’t so far away.”
“I immediately burst out in tears,” the new bride said. “I was heartbroken but in such awe at how pure their love was and is.”
She tweeted the photo of the magical moment and said, “Pawpaw sat and ate with Mawmaw today at my wedding.”
